Yes, we play internationally too! Most of our products are available to be shipped around the world (shipping charges vary by location). You can place an order directly on the BodyLovin website. Please note: As of now, we accept payments only in INR on our website. If you wish to pay in your local currency or USD, drop us an email on hello@getbodylovin.com with the list of products that you wish to order, so that we can confirm the total order value and share a Razorpay link for payment.

Your order usually will ship within 24-48 hours. In rare circumstances, we may take a little longer to ship your order. The usual transit time is a maximum of 3 to 4 days, but it can get shorter or longer depending on transit conditions.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders worth Rs. 499 & above. 😊 For international orders, shipping charges will vary basis the country. In case any custom duties are applied, it must be paid by the customer, and we have no access/control on the amount charged.

We endeavour to deliver your product within 3 days of placing the order. However, some orders can take up to 5-7 business days to be delivered. Estimated delivery time may change due to the geographical location, product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location. We generally offer 2 types of shipping: 1. express shipping (in select metros) where you get delivery in 24 hours 2. standard shipping, where your order will get delivered in 3-5 days. We offer payment methods such as UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking, wallet, and cash on delivery (COD). However, in COD orders, we charge an extra Rs. 75 towards cash handling fees.

Refunds will be initiated immediately for unshipped prepaid orders post cancellation and might take 3-5 workings days to reflect in your source account.​ Once the refund is initiated you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. We also request you to check your bank statement for refund details.

In case of an accidental debit, the amount should be auto reversed into your source account within 5 to 7 working days by your own bank. However, in case the refund is still not credited after the given timeline we would request you to please email your bank statement from the date of transaction till date and the transaction screenshot on hello@getbodylovin.com so that we can further escalate with the gateway partners.

Most of our packaging is RECYCLABLE, and we minimize the use of packaging, in general. We avoid plastics like SAN, ABS and PVC that are not eco-friendly. At present we don’t use any special grade that is more biodegradable than conventional plastic - we are constantly looking for ways to do that. If you have ideas we can pursue, tell us! We use PET, PP and PE in our packaging. We encourage you to reuse and recycle – and not just packaging. There may be some rare orders that BodyLovin cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing and issues identified by our fraud avoidance team. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled or if any additional information is required to ship your order.
